Praying for Our Staff

So it came about when Moses held his hand up, that Israel prevailed, and when he let his hand down, Amalek prevailed. But Moses’ hands were heavy. Then they took a stone and put it under him, and he sat on it; and Aaron and Hur supported his hands, one on one side and one on the other. Thus his hands were steady until the sun set. So Joshua overwhelmed Amalek and his people with the edge of the sword. Exodus 17:11-13
 

I have been thinking and praying for the staff here recently and how they are each suited for their particular job. It is amazing to see how God has placed each one of us here for a specific purpose. Moses had to hold up his hands. Aaron and Hur had to assist him. Joshua had to lead the troops into battle and many others had to fight. Everyone had a job to do. Most of the staff here do many different jobs. They are incredibly skilled and God allows us to work in all of those skill areas.

This week I would like to ask you to focus on our school staff:
Christina Manuwai - school principal, history, english & bible teacher
Jason Golden - math, history, english, & bible teacher, AV specialist, tech guy
Carrie Golden - science & PE teacher, MOM
Monte Jones - math, science, & bible teacher, relief house-parent
Ann Thompson - math, history, english, science, & bible teacher
Tanya Ferrier - science teacher, office worker
Dwayne Webb - math teacher, Exec. Director
John Cunningham - math teacher, Director of Homes
Scooter McKamie - horsemanship, Equine director, & water opperator
Adam Rouse - PE, & Resident Instructor
Brian Fields - Wood shop, & house-parent 

Continue to pray for our finances and the stewardship of everyone on staff. Today we have what we need! We all agree God is good! We do need the funds to get the green house up and running and to hire the Chamberlains as house-parents for that house.
